Article 3 – Products

Products are offered subject to availability. Should a product become unavailable after an order is confirmed, the customer will be informed promptly and offered a store credit, exchange or full refund.

Article 4 – Prices

All prices are listed in euros (EUR). As a sole trader benefiting from the VAT exemption scheme under Article 293 B of the French Tax Code, no VAT is charged.

Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout and are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated. Prices may be updated at any time; the price applicable is that displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

  • Selection of products and addition to cart;

The seller reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, manifest pricing error or product unavailability, with a full refund issued where applicable.

Payment is collected online at the time of ordering via the methods available on the website. Transactions are secured. No payment data is stored by the seller.

Article 7 – Delivery

7.1 – Timeframes

Orders are dispatched within 3 to 7 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are 10 to 25 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination.

Applicable statutory consumer protection warranties apply in accordance with French and European law. In the event of a proven defect or non-conformity, please contact us with supporting photos as soon as possible and an appropriate remedy will be offered.

Article 10 – Personal Data

Personal data collected during the ordering process is used solely for order processing and fulfilment and is not sold to third parties.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679), you have the right to access, rectify, delete and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us via the website contact form.
